Pocket New Vegas
For this project, I chose the "Demake" option, and decided to demake the 2010 action role-playing game, Fallout: New Vegas. I focused on a narrow implementation of combat and basic puzzle-solving inspired by the storyline. I implemented the verbs of "shoot", "activate" and "move", and developed them alongside the enemies of the game.
Questions for playtesters:
1) Is the flow of the game understandable? I.e. does the progression make sense, and do the objects/enemies/actions in game work as you would expected them to?
2) Is the game's combat system fun? If so, why? If not, how could it be improved?
